Gnosis (Self Knowledge)

Our Gnostic meditation technique is a specific meditation technique that allows a person to have a direct experience of the self which leads to spiritual enlightenment.

Gnosis will shortly be taught freely in the United Kingdom.

Introduction

Gnosis is Greek for knowledge. The reason why Gnosis is called knowledge is because the nature of the self is that of love and consciousness.

The self that dwells within knows everything about you, past, present and future. In fact there is nothing the self does not know about you.

When a Gnostic (one who practices Gnosis) practices Gnosis they begin by contemplating on a question they would like answered.

Relaxation

If the Gnostic is able to get in to a state of relaxation the Gnostic is able to receive an answer from the self in an intuitive way.

Gnosis is a universal meditation technique that was perfected by the ancient Egyptians as far back as 10,000 BC.

In Buddhism Gnosis is called Buddha nature. In Hinduism it is called Krishna consciousness.

Meditation

Our Gnostic meditation technique can only be taught by a spiritual teacher who has either been empowered by his own spiritual guru or that of a bona-fide spiritual guru.

In Gnosticism this gift is called grace and in Hinduism it is called Shaktipat.
